Shipping
Penguin Exhibits will ship to most confirmed street address in Canada (may exclude some rural post offices and postal boxes). We ship via FedEx to ensure safe and speedy delivery. Most orders will arrive at your location within 5-7 days. (Extra time required if graphics or other services are required.) The cost of shipping will depend on the size and weight of your order as well as your shipping address. (Extra shipping charges may apply for orders to Yukon, Nunavut, and the North West Territories.) Shipping costs include insurance as well as all handling fees. All shipping costs are displayed prior to your order check out.

Note: We only ship to the Credit Card holder's billing address. Some shipments may require a signature at the time of delivery.

Warranties
We offer parts and labour coverage across North America, underwritten protection, no deductible and transferable coverage.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day Refund/Exchange policy for most products (special order merchandise and graphics not included). All items for exchange or refund must be returned in "mint" condition, complete with all manuals, packaging materials and any related manufacturer's accessory. Any product returned incomplete will either be refused or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless return has been approved as such or is necessitated by our error.

Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported immediately and no later than 7 days from receipt. Defective goods will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise.

Please contact us prior to shipping Return/ Exchange Products. All products for return and exchange must be assigned a Product Return Number and must include a copy of the invoice. They must be shipped prepaid with full insurance. Credit card refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the Returned Product.
